Norm Mason is a longtime grassroots political activist. He has served in numerous political campaigns and party functions since 1976 and has served multiple times as a delegate to local, state, and national political conventions. Norm has served as president of his local school board, chairman of his local political party, state chairman of the Texas Christian Coalition.

Active in church and community, he has served as a deacon and Bible study teacher in a local Baptist church. An engineer by background he was Director of Technical Services for a large independent oil company and subsequently established his own consulting practice.

Norm and his wife, Jeanie, have two adult married children and three grandchildren.
